#TvTakeaways #SpoilerFree... sort of.

Finally some of my shows are back from mid season hiatus!!!

1. Gotham is back and when we pick back up with our favorite baby villains before they were villains. Jim is working at the asylum, Selena is still breaking into and stealing stuff, Ivy is a sickly little girl who is a little douche (yup I said it), Harv is still a drunk or almost a drunk, Barb is back to her old ways of being a worthless and useless character, Peng is pushing his luck, and Fish is pushing for power.  So Jim is no longer a cop.... for now, and he working at the asylum and his new boss is a complete..... but I digress.  People start getting killed and Jim's new boss puts him on the case.  This is clearly a 2 part episode so there is still some unfinished business.  This was definitely a set up episode, and sets the tone for the rest of the season. I am upset that I didn't see our baby cape crusader Lil Bruce Wayne.  Hopefully we will see him next episode.  To be quite honest this episode was just OK...
2. Our very own Daria made an appearance and talked about her views on Empire.  An now I will talk about mine.  I liked the show.... and I plan on watching it for the remainder of the season.  While I agree with what most of twitter had to say about the pilot that it was all over the place.  I understand that a pilot episode has to tell multiple stories at once and also has to captivate and excite the audience for whats to come.  To make sure the audience wants to come back every week and I think the pilot did just that.
3. Sleep Hollow has me all types of confused..... this season is going super left field and I just don't know what else to say other then I am lost.  When we pick back up Henry is in purgatory and some angel has gotten free from purgatory and he trying to kill these demon looking monster kinda things... and Katrina is staying at the cabin and Ichabod is off staying at the Sleepy Hollow bat cave.  Its just all confusing and I just don't know.  One thing I will say is that this storyline sound very very very familiar to me..... when I saw it on Supernatural.  #JustSaying!!!!!
4. Last up American Horror Story Freak Show. JIMMY NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! JIMMY WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! If you follow the blog(which I hope you do) you should by now the intense feelings I have for Jimmy.  Evan Peters consistently plays my favorite character on the show.  But I just don't understand why they do Jimmy like that?? An the ladies of Freak Show taking care of business and by business I mean Dell. Although he was growing on me and I appreciate what he did for Jimmy I can't forgive him for what he did to poor little Ma Petite! So I feel it had to be done so they can focus their murderous sights on Stanley and Dandy because those 2 got to go!!! Then hopefully Elsa will bite the dust and I'll be happy.  I feel like the rest of the season will move fairly fast or at least I hope so.... not that I want it to be over!
TV was light this week so I don't have much.... sorry!
